THE GOOD NEWS CONTINUES!
THE FLEXIBLE LESSON PROGRAM SUMMER SERIES
* Every SVPC Pony Clubber, starting July 2 for this Summer series, has the option to use a subsidy for 8 lessons of his/her choice, to a maximum of $20.00 per lesson. For each of these 8 lessons the pony clubber has up to $20 from SVPC that can be used to help with the costs of the lessons.
* This subsidy will expire September 15th. Therefore these funds must be used by then -- they will not 'carry over' past that date.
* You must use a trainer/instructor from our approved list of instructors. If there is someone that you would like to use that is not on the list, then please forward the name of the instructor to Carla MacLeod and it will be reviewed by the Advisory Board for approval.
* This lesson money MUST be paid directly to the instructor. Therefore, please pay your instructor the fee they request minus the $20.
* Following the lesson(s), you must submit a request from the flexible fund to pay your instructor. Please use this form to submit the request. Be sure that the instructor signs the form and that he/she is aware that payments from SVPC are done monthly.
* The person coordinating payments is Carla MacLeod. Therefore, please communicate with her (via e-mail or cell phone) when and with what trainer you have taken the lessons, so that she can coordinate payment to the trainer each month, and submit the completed form to her. SVPC will use your form submissions as a record too.
