Seneca Valley Pony Club makes reduced cost lessons available to its members at different times througout the year. Information regarding lessons is sent via e-mail and posted in the monthly newsletters.
The lessons generally follow the same pattern:
- Fall Dressage Lessons – Fall Dressage Lessons will be made available to the membership in an effort to prepare for the Dressage Rally, also held in the fall. The series is made up of 8 to 10 lessons for all riding levels.
- Winter Show Jumping Lessons – Jumping Lessons will be provided during the winter months to help keep membership motivated and in training for the upcoming spring show season, Show Jumping Rally, and Eventing Rally. Lessons are made available for all riding levels.
- Eventing College – A mini series of lessons to the membership for those ready to compete at the Beginner Novice, Novice and Training levels. The College consists of three lessons covering the aspects of eventing – Dressage, Cross Country and Conditioning, and Show Jumping. Lessons build to participation at a Recognized Event and include coaching by the instructor.
- Games Lessons – Spring Games Lessons will be provided to the games enthusiasts in an effort to prepare the membership for the Games Rally held during the early summer.
- D Camp – D Camp is a fun filled week at Bittersweet Field. Lessons are provided 1 to 2 times daily.
