Questions? Contact our webmaster.
We will be requiring compliance with the current USEF mandate that masks/face coverings be worn at all times. We will also be conducting temperature scans for all those entering the grounds and anyone registering 99.5 or higher, as well as any individuals in the same vehicle, will not be allowed to remain on the grounds, so please monitor your temperature prior to the event.  Refunds (minus office fees) will be provided in the event of a COVID-19 scratch.

Everyone who sets foot on the ground at our event will need to complete the USEF/USEA Liability Waiver. For competitors, trainers, owners, and coaches this Liability Waiver should have been completed as part of the entry process. That form can be found here: https://useventing.com/safety-education/forms-documents/usef-and-usea-entry-agreement-and-waiver-forms

For all others, including grooms, vendors, volunteers, officials, etc., the Liability Waiver can be completed online here: https://useventing.com/events-competitions/forms-documents/usef-usea-waiver. This form can be easily completed on a mobile device for anyone who needs to complete this form on grounds at our event.

The USEF and USEA have approved the use of these forms for eventing in place of those previously distributed directly to all equestrian sport organizers by the USEF.

Any questions regarding these Liability Waivers should be directed to info@useventing.com.

To complete an electronic copy of the waiver click here to access the waiver in DocuSign. The Bittersweet waiver for horse trials participants can be downloaded here.

During the event, our scores will be posted live online. Click here to visit the score posting site.
